摘要 结合国外先进的碾米加工技术 ,对稻谷的分粒加工技术在我国的应用进行了研究。通过对其研究成果———分粒加工、工艺流程、流程特点及设备的选用的介绍 。 The technology of rice milling after granularity classification is introduced, and its technological combination, process characteristics and equipment adopted are briefly discussed.
