摘要
介绍了用叉尾仔鱼饲喂含Na2 SeO3 、蛋氨酸硒和酵母硒各 0 ,0 .0 2 ,0 .0 6 ,0 .2 0和 0 .0 4mg的酪蛋白纯化日粮 ,9周所获得的鱼体重和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的活性服从回归分析曲线。由此可推断叉尾对不同硒源的需求量和相对生物学活性。拐点分析表明 :叉尾对日粮中Na2 SeO3 、蛋氨酸硒和酵母硒的最小需求量分别为 0 .2 8,0 .0 9和 0 .11mg/kg ,而对于谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性则要求分别为 0 .17,0 .12和 0 .12mg/kg日粮。就促生长而言 ,蛋氨酸硒和酵母硒相对于Na2 SeO3的相对生物学活性分别为 336和 2 6 9,而对于谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性而言则分别是 14 7和 14 9。蛋氨酸硒和酵母硒在肝脏和肌肉中硒的沉积明显高于Na2 SeO3 的硒源。研究表明 。
Fingerling channel catfish were fed with purified diets with casein in which each of the Na 2SeO 3, selenium methionine and selenium yeast were contained in the amount of 0, 0.02, 0.06, 0.20 and 0.04 mg. After nine weeks the body weight of the fish and the activity of GSH-Px obtained were coincident with the analytical regression curve. From this the requirement of selenium from different sources of channel catfish could be deduced. Analysis showed that the minimum requirement of Na 2SeO 3, selenium methionine and selenium yeast in diet were 0.28, 0.09 and 0.11 mg/kg respectively; as for the activity of GSH-Px, the said requirement should be 0.17, 0.12 and 0.12 mg/kg respectively. As for growth promoting, the relative biological activity of selenium methionine and selenium yeast relative to Na 2SeO 3 were 336% and 269% respectively; as related to the activity of GSH-Px, the said relative biological activity were 147% and 149% respectively. The Se from selenium methionine and selenium yeast that deposited in liver and muscle were apparently more than that from Na 2SeO 3. The research indicated that it could distinctively reduce selenium supplement to substituted inorganic selenium with selenium methionine and selenium yeast in diet.
