介绍了PCR技术的原理及其在食品沙门氏菌检测中的应用,同时提出了尚存在的问题,并对其应用前景作了展望。
We introduce the theory and the application of the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)DNA amplication method. Though there are some limits, it is a rapid and effective method to detection salmonella spp. And other pathogens in contaminated food.
