新型多功能浆料CD-DF的剖析研究

Research on Multifunctional CD-DF Size

测试研究了西达变性PVA和CD DF新型多功能复合浆料的质量指标与上浆性能。结论指出 ,中低聚合度、低粘型部分醇解的变性PVA与兼有变性PVA、酯化淀粉和丙烯酸酯浆料的多重功能的CD DF浆料 ,均适合于细支高密织物用经纱的“二高一低”上浆新工艺。

This paper studies the quality index and sizing performance of multifunctional complex size of modified PVA and CD-DF from SIDA.The result shows that low viscosity partial hydrolysized modified PVA with medium-low degree of polymerization and multi-functional CD-DF size combined with modified PVA, esterified starch as well as acrylamide size could all be used in producing fine count & high density fabric and called 'two high and one low' sizing process
