摘要
根据当前高校状况 ,论述了实行岗位聘任制和建立岗位津贴制度的必要性 ,并分析了“淡化身份 ,强化岗位 ,择优聘任 ,精干高效”———岗位聘任基本原则的具体内涵 ,指出当前实施岗位聘任制的条件已经成熟 ,应坚持改革 。
Based on the present situation of colleges and universities, the paper discusses the necessity to put into effect the system of personal appointment and build the system of subsidies appropriate to particular jobs. It also analyses specific intension of basic principle about the system of personal appointment, points out that the condition to put into effect the system of personal appointment has already ripened, and we must insist reform and try hard to do it.
