摘要
吉林油田油井的特点是:产液量低,波动大,且波动规律和程度各不相同。再加上采用间歇轮流计量方式,与采用人工取样、蒸馏化验法化验原油含水率,以及采用矩形积分面积法计算单井产油量,使计量出的单井产油量要比实际产油量高,计量误差大。本文提出了一种提高单井计量精度的方法:①确定合理的计量时间(每月25次以上,计量时间小波动井1h,大波动井2h);②加密含水化验的次数,并与计量同步;③采用梯形积分法核算单井产油量。采用上述方法后,吉林油田的输差明显下降,已由1986年的30%下降到了5~8%。
This article shows a method to improve the precision of single oil wells. It includes: 1. determining rational metering time (more than 25 times every month, one hour for less fluctuation wells.and 2 hours for fluctuation wells) ;2. increasing the frequency of laboratory tests and synchronizing with metering;3. checking the yield of single wells by trapezoidal integration method. After using the above methods,the transferring differences has decreased obviously,from 30%(1968) to 5 -8%.
