油田注水系统中的腐蚀,一方面造成管线和设备的损坏;另一方面增加了水中悬浮固体的浓度,因而使水质变差,严重时会堵塞地层,影响原油产量。而结垢造成设备和地层的堵塞,也会危及原油生产。通过测试水的腐蚀性和结垢趋势,可掌握水质情况,以便采取适当的措施,延长管线和设备的使用寿命。为了测试水的腐蚀性,需要在水中悬挂试片,通过失重法检测其腐蚀情况。目前,一般都采用挂片法来测试大罐的腐蚀率。
