摘要
在胜利油田,D300注水泵机组已成为主力注水泵型。运行实践表明D300泵机组存在着性能不佳,安装质量不能保证,自控系统不可靠等问题。本文分析了这些问题产生的原因,并给出了提高 D300泵机组运行可靠性的方法和途径,最后以广一注水站为例,实施三项改进措施后,一年可取得直接经济效益1.91万元。
D300 pump set has become the main waterflood pump type. Practice shows that its performance is not very good,the installation quality can't be insured and automatic problems occur etc. This article analyses the reasons causing the above problems and shows the methods and the ways to improve its operation reliability.
