摘要
本文实验研究了原油管道结蜡强度、原油析蜡峰点、石蜡相变热与磁处理磁感应强度的关系,确定了原油磁处理防蜡最佳的磁感应强度范围,显微观测了磁处理对原油蜡晶的影响。在此基础上,依据理论研究结果,阐述了磁处理防蜡的作用机理。
The author tests and studies the relationship between the intensity of wax precipitation in crude oil pipelines, peak point of crude oil wax precipitation and the phase transformation heat of wax with the induction intensity of magnetic treament, determines the optimum intensity limits of magnetic induction and observes by microscope the wax precipitation of crude oil affected by magnetic treatment.
