摘要
介绍了GSM信令通信管理子层的补充业务实体为支持无结构补充数据业务（USSD）提供的服务；以此为基础，详细介绍了用户及网络侧发起的USSD操作过程。
This paper describes the services provided by GSM siganlling's CM sublayer for USSD Based on this, it presents USSD's operation procedure in detail
