摘要
本文针对油田上油、气计量的实际情况,提出了应用流量传感器测量气、液两相流的体积流量的方法。通过分析气液两相流动型态的形成机理和运动规律,自行设计了测量流程,即用一条上坡管连接(弯头连接)大坡度下降管的特殊管路,且保证在所要测量的流量范围内、上坡管路内流动都是塞状流,并截断液塞后液膜的流动,然后利用两个泡状流的空泡率传感器精确测量气、液两相流的体积流量,同时综合分析了产生误差的原因。通过实验验证,取得了比较满意的结果。
In the light of the realistic circumstances of oil-gas metering in the oilfields, the author puts for- ward a volume flow metering method for gas fluid 2 phase flow by using transducers. Through analysing the forming mechanism and rule of movement of the gas fluid 2 phase flow patterns, the author designsed the process flow and analysed the reasons which cause errors.
