原油在集输过程中,常常会发生状态变化,而形成阻塞流,甚至出现多相共存的亚稳定状态,故在选用调节阀时不能用简单的方法计算流量系数。本文着重讨论了选用原油调节阀计算流量系数时,有关基础数据的求取和多相共存情况下的处理方法。
Crude oil is a kind of complex mixture.Its state is usually changed during gathering and transfer-ring and forms choke flow.Substable state of multiphase coexistence can even cocur.Therefore inselecting control valves,it is questionable to calculate flow coefficient by using a simple method.This article discusses the extraction of basic data and the treatment method in the case of multiphase coexistence.
