摘要
以10000 ID50剂量的乳鼠肌肉毒通过颈部肌肉注射途径攻击牛,取代用牛舌皮强毒在牛舌面涂抹和上唇划痕各1ml的方法,进行了牛O型口蹄疫灭活疫苗效力检验试验。结果对照组牛3/3发病,免疫组牛均100%保护。
In order to improve the immunization of the inactivated Bovine Type O FMD vaccine, the efficiencytest has been conducted by the way of giving cattle an intramuscular injection of OSMF with a challenging dose of10000 ID50 in the cattles neck replacing the former methods of scrubbing the tongue surface and scratching theupper lip with 1ml OS/99. As a result, cattle in the vaccinated group have been immunized by 100% ,while those inthe control group have been infected by 3/3 .
