摘要
胜利油田辛三污水站污水含SRB和TGB(10~1—10~3个/ml),长时间投加1227致使细菌产生了抗药性。针对这一具体情况研制了新型杀菌剂CT10-1。室内与现场工业试验结果表明,CT10-1与现场使用的各种水处理药剂配伍性好,杀菌效果优于1227,处理费用低,对污水的适应性强,而且兼具缓蚀效能。
Bactericide CT10- 1 is a compound chemical with organic amines as basic ingredient and developed specially for those water-treating plants in Shengli Oil Field where bactericide 1227 has been used in SRB and TGB control for a long time and becomes less effective. In laboratory the effects of CT10-1 concentration, temperature and time of contact, pH value of media, and initial bacterium concentration on SRB control are studied and the corrosion inhibition of CT10-1 is tested. In combination with other water-treating chemicals CT10-1 is similar to or better than 1227 for SRB control in produced waters oi various sources. In field test performed in two water-treating plants satisfactory results are obtained with a series of chemicals (including CT10-1) in formulation suggested.
