破乳剂TA1031用于油井井下破乳和防乳化

摘要 本文讨论了原油在井下的二次乳化和破乳、防乳化机理,介绍了在现场应用破乳剂TA1031进行井下破乳和防乳化的情况。 The crude oil produced in Wanglongzhuang Oilfield, Anhui Province, contains a large amounts of wax (10-18%), resine-bitumenous substances (30-38%), and increasing quantity of water (0-60%) and has high pour points (35-40鈩?. Emulsification of the oil at the bottom of well holes enhances wax diposition and hence causes severe troubles and decreases oil production dramatically. To overcome this difficulty, a commercial water-soluble nonionic surfactant, demulsifier TA1031, is selected as a result of laboratory sieving tests. Systematically introducing this chemical into annular space in amount of 100-150mg/l of liquid produced once a day leads to increased oil production, better efficiency of oil-water separation, lower well pump loading, and longer periods between operations of wax cleaning.
