循环氢压缩机的轴封改造

THE REFORMATION OF BEARING SEAL FOR RECYCLE HYDROGEN COMPRESSOR

芳烃联合装置重整循环氢压缩机 (采用浮环密封 )在开车过程中 ,发现密封油漏油 ,给铂重整催化剂的安全使用带来了威胁。为此 ,改为非接触式螺旋槽机械密封。开车一段时间后 ,机械密封的运行出现了不稳定的现象 ,漏油问题仍然时有发生 ,为保证生产的长周期安全运行 ,在检修期间改为干气密封 。

The reforming recycle hydrogen compressor adopted floating ring seal of aromatics allied unit occured oil leak at seal during the process of start-of -run,and brought menace forsafe operation of platforming catalyst.So that the seal was changed for non-contacted type spiral slot mechanical seal.The operation of mechanical seal occured non-stable phenomenon after a period of time since start-up,and oil leak problem still occured occasionally.For reasons of securing the long period safe operation of production,they was changed into dry gas seal in maintenace time.The problem was solved.
