硫磺回收装置主风机问题分析及改进措施

摘要 本文通过性能曲线和热膨胀特性分析了重庆天然气净化总厂长寿分厂硫磺回收装置的 3台C2 0 - 1.5型离心式风机的排气量和排气压力均达不到铭牌参数的原因 ,并将该型风机的叶轮与机壳间的密封方式进行了改进 ,解决了风机级与级间的空气回流量大的问题 ,使风机达到了设计参数 。 This article aims to analyze the cause through property curve and thermal expanding, for which three centrifugal main blowers of C20-1.5 type, which belong to the sulfur recovery unit of Changshou Branch Factory of Chongqing Natural Gas Purifying Factory, cannot attain the discharging value of flow and pressure marked on the nominal board. Moreover the improvements of seal style between impellers and casing of the blowers are carried out. Through the improvements, the problems are solved, because of which backward flow of air between impellers is large, and the blowers can attain the design value and meet the demand of production.
