石油钻井噪音对环境的影响及治理措施初探

INFLUENCE OF PETROLEUM DRILLING NOISE ON ENVIRONMENT AND TREATMENT MEASURES STUDY

噪音污染同大气、水污染一样 ,对人类健康和社会环境产生不可忽视的危害。文章对石油钻井作业产生的噪音现状与国家环境噪音标准中的有关规定进行了对比分析 ,指出在一定的区域内 ,噪音对职工及当地居民的工作、生活有一定影响 ,油田为此也付出了较大的经济损失。论述了治理钻井噪音污染的目的意义和具体措施 ,对进一步促进钻井企业环境保护工作的开展和钻井生产的可持续发展 。

Noise pollution, which is same as air, water pollution and harmful to our health and social environment, cannot be neglected. This paper compares the noise situation of petroleum drilling activity with our nation environment noise standards, and points out that in a limited area, noise exerts bad influence on the working and living environment of local residents, and oil company also has paid heavy economic compensation due to this harm. This paper discusses the aim, benefits and actual activities of drilling noise pollution treatment measures. These activities will not only play an important role in promoting the work of environment protection in drilling area, but also helping to achieve sustainable development in drilling industry, and reduce the drilling cost.
