摘要
应用有限元法对辽河滩海油田大斜度定向井抽油杆柱受力进行了三维计算。计算结果与实测值吻合良好。同时分析了下冲程抽油杆所产生的螺旋弯曲变形。找出了大斜度井中抽油杆断裂和脱扣的原因,并提出了预防措施。
Using finite element analysis method, three-dimensional calculation is conducted for force summing on rod in high-inclination well of Liaohe tidal zone oilfield. The calculation result matches well with measured values. Deformation of helical buckling appeared on rod during down stroke is also analyzed. Reasons of breakdown and thread-off of rod in high-inclination well are find out, and preventive measures are proposed.
