辽河滩海油田已成为辽河油区持续发展的最重要接替地区,油气开发与保护环境之间的矛盾显得日益突出,必须寻找出一条油气开发与环境保护同步的有效途径。辽河滩海油田在开发与建设中,采用路-桥-岛-港系统工程思路,使环境污染与破坏降低到最小程度,为海上油田开发提供了一条崭新的行之有效的途径。

Liaohe tidal zone has become the most important succedanea area for continuous development of Liaohe oil province. The problem between oil and gas development and environment protection is getting more and more protruding. An effective way must be found out to recover oil and gas and to protect environment simultaneously. During the development and construction of Liaohe tidal zone oilfield, system engineering of road-bridge-island-harbor is adopted, thus reducing environment pollution and damage to the lowest extent, and providing a new, effective way for development of offshore oilfield.
