歧口17-2油田大位移水平井TCP射孔技术 被引量:6

摘要 在渤海大位移水平井射孔完井的实践中,首次进行了水平井TCP作业,同时在最大井深4690m,最大井斜86°,最大水平位移3697m的情况下,经过前期研究和科学论证,采用水平井下入工具的下入技术、校深技术、油层保护完井液技术、正压差射孔技术、压力延迟点火技术,解决了歧口17-2地区油藏埋深浅、地层疏松、容易出砂的问题,并合理确定了射孔长度,解决了井下作业安全问题,不仅圆满完成了863—820—09课题的研究任务,而且为渤海今后在大位移水平井中进行TCP射孔及完井作业,在“十五”期间发展大位移水平井钻完井技术提供了的经验。 TCP operation in the horizontal well was first used in the perforated completion in the extended reach well in Bohai sea. In the meantime, under the preliminary study and scientific demonstration, with deepest depth of 4 690 m, largest inclination of 86°and largest horizontal offset of 3 697 m in Qikou area, such problems as the shallow buried depth and unconsolidated or sanding formations were solved. By applying the techniques of setting tools, reservoir protection completion, positive pressure differential perforation and pressure-delayed ignition, the perforation length was settled accordingly and the down-hole operation was to be sure in safety. By doing so, it not only successfully completed the task in the 863 - 820 - 09 Research Project,' but also provided experience for the further TCP perforation and completion in the extended reach well in Bohai sea. The experience will be also beneficial for developing extended reach well drilling during the period of the 15th Five- Year Plan.
