Drilling & Completion Techniques of B22 Double branched Horizontal Well in Phillips Xijiang Oilfield

为缓解西江油田综合钻井生产平台上井口数量无法满足油田开发需求的矛盾 ,菲利普斯西江油田先后施工了 4口多底井 ,其中 B2 2双底水平井是难度最大且最为成功的一口井。按施工顺序概述了该井钻井完井过程 ,并简单介绍了该井在钻井完井过程中应用的可变径稳定器、可膨胀防砂筛管、单回次套管开窗工具组合、连续旋转闭环定向系统、带分支通孔的尾管悬挂器和多底井分支管理系统等高新工具技术。

B22 double branched horizontal well is the most difficult and successful well drilled in Xijiang oilfield in order to meet the needs for production. The drilling & completion procedures are described briefly. Furthermore, this paper also introduces some advanced techniques and tools, such as the adjustable stabilizers, inflatable screen liners, manage systems of multi branched wells, and so on.
