Mechanism and Prediction of Sand Production in Yongba Formations in Shengli Oilfield

分析了永八块出砂的主要原因、出砂规律及出砂机理 ,利用经验类比分析法、孔隙度法、声波时差法、测井资料出砂指数法、数值计算法等对永八块进行了出砂预测 ,预测结果发现 ,永八块在开发初期都有不同程度的出砂 ,需采取防砂措施。

This paper analyzes the main causes, rules and mechanisms of sand production in Yongba block. While using empirical analogy analysis method, porosity method, interval transit time method, logging data sand production coefficient method and numerical calculation method to predict the sand production in Yongba block, the results show that sand production occurs at the beginning of development at different degree and it is necessary to take some measures to prevent sand production.
