摘要 某污水罐投用不到1年,便在焊缝部位多处出现开裂,经分析为硫化物应力腐蚀开裂和氢致开裂。经试验,采用两底三面环氧玻璃鳞片涂料(漆膜总厚250~300μm)加牺牲铝合金阳极方案可达到理想的保护效果。 Cracking appeared on a great number of places of welds after the waste water tank was commissioned less than 1 year ago. The analysis showed that the cracking was the results of SSCC and HIC. The test demonstrated that the application of epoxy glass scale coating (total thickness of the coating 250 - 300 μm) supported by sacrificial aluminum alloy anode could effectively protect the equipment from corrosion.
