摘要
提出了用FFT(fastfouriertransform)分析与表征随机表面空间形貌特征的方法 ,对随机表面的PSDF(powerspectrumdensityfunction)和ACVF(auto covariancefunction)或ACF(autocorrelationfunction自相关函数 )进行了系统分析 ,用基 2DIT FFT(discretein timeFFT)对表面信号分别在时域和频域进行了分析与讨论 。
This paper offers a method which is used to analyse and characterize the space features of random surfaces by FFT(fast fourier transform),and the whole analysis to the PSDF(power spectrum density function),ACVF(autocovariance function)or ACF(autocorrelation function)of random surfaces. The surface signals are analysed and discussed in the time and frequence domain by base-2 DIT-FFT(discrete in-time FFT).The superiority in the principle method and the caculating speed is expressed.
