摘要
通过对振动切削系统的闭环模型与普通切削系统 (非振动切削系统 )的闭环模型的分析 ,以系统刚度为衡量指标 ,探讨了这两种切削系统的稳定性 ,研究了相位φ和频率 f对切削过程稳定性的影响 ,得出振动切削系统在不附加任何限制的情况下较普通切削系统能更好的提高切削过程的稳定性 ,为“振动切削能较大幅度的提高加工功效”提供了一个有力的理论支持 .
Through the analysis of the closed-loop models of both the vibratory cutting system and the conventional (non-vibratory) cutting system, in terms of the system rigidity, the stabilities of the two systems with the transmission functions and the influencing factors such as the phase φ and the frequency f are discussed in this paper. And a conclusion that without any external-constrained conditions the stability of metal cutting processes is much increased with the vibratory cutting system has been got. This can reinforce theoretically the concept that' vibratory metal cutting can raise the effect of machining efficiently'.
