摘要
根据轴向速度与回转速度之比为螺旋参数 ,给出了等导程回转刀具上刃口设计的通用模型和虚拟制造中磨用砂轮与回转刀具相对进给速度的通用公式 ,进而结合实例给出了等导程回转刀具虚拟实境研究中相关问题的处理方法和对应结果 .
By defining the spiral parameter as the ratio between the axial speed and the revolving angular speed of the revolve cutter, the general design model of the cutting edge on the revolving cutter with a constant lead is provided. The general formula of the feeding speed of the grinding wheel relative to the revolving cutter in the virtual manufacture is also deduced. Combined with the actual experiment, the solving methods and corresponding results of the correlative problems in the virtual reality of the revolving cutter with a constant lead are proposed.
