摘要
在纳米ZrO2 粉中单掺纳米Y2 O3及复合掺杂纳米Y2 O3、纳米Al2 O3,通过单轴、二次加压成型 ,在 12 0 0℃下烧结 2h后随炉冷却 ,研究其陶瓷烧结体的致密特性、电导率及活化能等。发现 3YSZ的机械性能好于 8YSZ ,而 8YSZ的电性能优于 3YSZ ;4YSZ当Al2 O3含量为0 .5 %时相对密度最大 ,达 99.2 %。
With adding of nano Y 2O 3 singly or with adding of nano Y 2O 2 and nano Al 2O 3 multiply,nano ZrO 2 powder was used as raw material for air pressure sintering.The compact formed by uniaxial die and continuous compacting process was sintered at 1200℃ for two hours.Then the density,conductivity and activation energy of the ceramics were examined.It is found that the mechanical property of 3YSZ is better than that of 8YSZ,while 8YSZ is superior to 3YSZ in conductivity.
