摘要 随着国家新的排放标准的实施,电力部门急切需要发展投资低、运行费用低、设备系统简单的脱硫工艺、炉内喷钙技术能够较好地满足以上要求,特别适用于那些靠近城市、燃烧中低硫煤而没有预脱硫场地的老电厂。本文采用了ZCS-1智能定硫仪在实验室内对高温复合固硫剂的脱硫效果进行了研究,并用PoreMaster-60压汞仪对其物理特性进行了描述。在一台35t/h的工业链条炉上进行了脱硫试验,取得了较好的效果。 With the country 's emission charge institution come into effect,the electric power sectors urgently need to develop a desulfurization technology with low investments,low operation expenditures.and simple equipment systems .The desulfurization technology by Calcium Injection can satisfy the demand,especially to those old power plants without prepared desulfurization place,near the cities,and fed with middle or low sulfur coal.In the laboratory the desul furiza-tion effect of Compound sulfur fixing agent was studied with ZCS-1intelligent sulfur determination,and their physical characteristic was studied with PoreMaster-60mercury porosimeter.Desulfurization experiment of the Compound sulfur fixing agent was carried out in a35t/h industrial chain-grate boiler,and the result was very well.
