摘要
针对入世后煤炭行业的机遇与挑战 ,不仅从企业方面而且从政府方面分析了我们的现状与问题 ,提出了几点关于煤炭营销战略的思考 ,论述了坚持一个中心 :以用户为中心 ,和两个关键点 :经济效益与创新营销管理的思想。
Facing the chance and challenge in the field of coal after WTO entry,the paper not only states our current situation and problems in both enterprises and government,thus allordingly,putting forward some thoughts on coal marketing strategies;but also emphysiges on customers as well as two keypoints:economic benefit and innovative marketing management.
