摘要
介绍了平煤集团坑口电厂1#锅炉实施改烧煤泥的基本情况。针对锅炉改烧煤泥后的运行情况进行了研究分析,提出了合理的燃烧器改造方案,并通过适当的调整锅炉运行参数使得改烧煤泥后锅炉运行情况良好,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Pingdingshan Colliery Group has built three large- or medium-scale coal washeries, which produce ca. 2.4105 t coal slurry every year. A large amount of coal slurry produced was piled up, occupied a large area of land, and brought about environmental problems. In this work, retrofitting the No.1 boiler unit (230 th-1 pulverized-coal fired boiler manufactured in Russia) in the Mine-Mouth Power Station, Pingdingshan Colliery Group into a coal-slurry fired boiler was described. Problems with economy operation and reliability of operation after retrofit were well investigated, and the technical measures for retrofitting the pulverized-coal burners were discussed in detail. Good operating condition of the retrofitted boiler can be kept through properly adjusting operating parameters. Retrofitting the pulverized-coal fired boiler into a coal-slurry fired unit is proved to be of remarkable economic and social benefit.
