公共烟道系统在小型热电厂中的应用

摘要 为了减少电站烟尘排放的环境污染问题,兖矿集团兴隆庄煤泥热电厂在进行电厂除尘器改造中,设计建造了公共烟道系统。采用该方法既避免了配套锅炉的停运问题,又提高了平时电站系统运行的灵活性。介绍了电站锅炉除尘器系统的改造方案、在改造后系统运行过程的实际经验,以及项目实施所得到的经济效益。结果表明,设立公共烟道的方法在具有多台机组的小电厂中值得推广使用。 In order to make further improvements on particulates emission control for small-capacity thermal power plants, the dust-removal systems for the coal-slurry fired boilers in Xinglongzhuang Thermal Power Station in Yanzhou, Shandong were retrofitted. In the meantime, a shared gas-flue was designed and built to connect the flue-gas systems of the three coal-slurry fired boilers. One of the three boilers, whose dust-removal system was retrofitting or out of order, could continue to operate using the induced draft fans equipped for the other two boilers and this shared gas-flue. In this work, the layout of the shared gas-flue, experience in operating the system after retrofit and economic benefit were described. It is concluded that using the shared gas-flue in the flue-gas circuit of a small-capacity thermal power plant with several boiler units will be beneficial to the economy operation, flexibility and reliability of operation of the power plant.
