摘要
作者针对中国金融控股公司现状、组建金融控股公司的模式选择、设立金融控股公司面临的风险及金融控股公司监管的策略提出了建议并作了探讨。
Financial holding company is the realistic selection for China's financial industry to participate in international competition and transfer separated operation to multi-operation. This paper gives a brief account of the current situation of our financial holding companies, explores the ideal pattern in which we form our financial holding companies, analyzes the risks we will face when we establish financial holding companies and puts forward some suggestions on their supervision.
