Marx's theory on labour value is the keystone of the entire Political Economics. Through analyzing various so called 'new viewpoints'which deviate from the Theory of Labour Value, this article aims to clear up the truth of the theory and then insists that only through understanding the Theory of Labour Value correctly, can we persist in and develop it in practice and guarantee Marx's Economics the leading position in the socialism construction .
