河北省技术创新发展战略及实现途径研究

技术创新是提高经济增长质量的唯一出路 ,是促进产业结构升级的主要动因。本文依据河北省产业结构及技术创新的实际状况 ,对河北省总体创新战略进行了研究 ,提出了具体的主导产业转移战略、传统产业推动战略、高新技术拉动战略和中心扩散战略 ;并就战略实现途径及宏观环境条件进行了分析。
