About competency teaching model of technical college education

培养职业能力是高等职业教育的教学目标,职业能力包括职业技能、职业综合能力和职业素质,因此,所谓高职的能力教育是指综合的称职的就业能力的教育。这是一个复杂的系统工程,要通过深化教学改革、加强实践教学、丰富课余教育及推进学分制管理等多途径有机结合才能最终实现高职能力教育的培养目标。

The teaching aim of technical college education is to train technical competence which includes vocational skills, vocational comprehensive ability and vocational quality, therefore the so - called com-petency teaching in technical college refers to comprehensive qualified job education which is a compli-cated system. In order to realize the final competency training goal in technical college, many ways must be combined effectively such as deepening teaching reforms, strengthening practice teaching, enriching extracurricular activities, pushing on management of credit system and so forth on.
