摘要
利用特异性的抗原产生的单克隆抗体具有催化很多有机化学反应的性质。特异性抗原可用适当的化学模型物与载体蛋白连接而成。设计化学模型物可考虑:(1)反应过渡态的稳定性;(2)反应基团的接近效应;(3)引入催化基团。
Mono-clonal antibodies raised against specific haptens have exibited significant ca-talytic capacity.Specific haptens can be generated from chemical model combined with carrierprotein.Several approachs have been considered to design chemical models including:(1)thestability of transition state(2)proximity effects of reactive groups,(3)introduction of ca-talytic groups.
