摘要
桃潜蛾(peach leafminer moth;Lyonetiaclerkella,L.)属鳞翅目潜蛾科,在日本和我国辽东半岛等各地果园中危害极大。
The enantiomeric 14-methyl-1-octadecenes were prepared by cross coupling reaction between the Grignard reagent of 12-Chloro-1-dodecene from 10-undecenoic acid and the enantiomeric 1-Bromo-2-methylhexane from corresponding (R) or (S) 2-methylhexanoic acidunder the catalysis of Li_2CuCl_4,The overall yield of the each enantiomer is about 30% fromthe racemic 2-methylhexanoic acid and the optical purity is approximately 100%.The (S)-enantiomer has showed strong bio-activity as the sex pheromone of peach leafminer moth infield tests.
