Intramolecular Heck Reaction

本文从成环的规律,影响反应的因素,产物中新生成双键的位置,以及不带β-H 的碳—钯中间体的捕获等几个方面论述了分子内 Heck 反应的最新进展。

This paper reviews the recent development of intramolecular Heck reaction fromthe following aspects(1)The rules of cyclization and position,of the newly formed carbon-carbon double bond;(2)The factors influencing the reaction;(3)Trapping of the interme-diate C-Pd bond with no β-H in the molecule with another functional group either intra-molecular or intermolecular.
