底层框架多层砌体房屋为上刚下柔的结构体系,因此这类房屋对抗震性能提出更高的要求,本文从结构体系的强度、刚度和延性３方面分析了增强其抗震能力的方法。

multistory masonry building with bottom story frame is a kind of structure with rigid upper stories and flexible bottom one. More requirements on earthquake resistance for the structure are necessary. Based on strength, regidity and ductility analyses of the structure, this paper proposes the methods which can improve the seismic resistant capacity of the buildings.
