摘要
该文从污水处理厂厂址选择中费用这一控制因素入手 ,从定性与定量两个方面分析考虑 ,提出了综合应用线性规划、动态规划以及图论等理论来选择最佳厂址的最小费用求解法。结合实例 ,具体分析了最小费用求解法的原理、方法和步骤。结果表明 ,该方法简单实用 。
