砂卵石层孕镶金刚石钻头设计与制造的思考

摘要 在钻探生产中经常遇到砂卵石层 ,砂卵石层中石英含量高 ,坚硬 ,研磨性强 ,形状各异 ,大小不一 ,钢粒钻进和硬质合金钻进都不适用钻进砂卵石层 ;普通金刚石钻头钻进中窜动厉害 ,对钻头胎体冲击大 ,钻头磨损特别快 ,寿命低 ,而且容易掉块 ,给钻进带来麻烦 ,使钻进成本上升。针对砂卵石地层特点 。 During the process of drilling, sand and gravel strata are often encountered, in which there are a lot of quartzs that are very hard and rubbing with variable shapes and sizes, so steel grains and horniness alloy drilling are not fit for the strata. Using normal diamond bits to drill the stratum, bit matrix endures big impact, and bits are abraded rapidly resulting in a low longevity, and block loss as well as increase of drilling cost. Based on characteristics of sand and gravel strata; this paper puts forward guidelines for designing and producing diamond bits suitable for the strata.
