摘要
用理论和实验两种方法对离心式低剪切泵进行了设计研究。根据低剪切的特点 ,初选现有离心式泵 ,对叶轮叶型、流道等参数进行改造设计 ,总结出一系列实现低剪切的设计准则 ;分别对改进前后的离心泵叶轮进行了剪切对比实验 ,在各种流量下改进叶轮均比原叶轮出口油滴平均粒径高出 10 %左右 ,改进是比较成功的。对离心泵的低剪切设计研究进行了有益的探索 ,得出了设计离心式低剪切泵的设计准则 。
An investigation is conducted on the centrifugal low-shear pump with the theoretical and experimental methods. The existing centrifugal pump is chosen for the investigation according to its low-shear characteristics. The blade profile and flow passage of impellers are modified, and a series of design criteria for low-shear pump is summarized. Contrast test is made onto the impeller before and after it is modified. The result shows that the modification to the impeller of the centrifugal pump is successful. And the investigation is helpful to the optimization and pattern selection of centrifugal pumps.
