摘要
针对化学防砂在长井段多油层的油水井防砂时缺少可靠的胶筒密封和卡瓦锚定的分层防砂工具的问题 ,研制了水力密闭式分层化学防砂工具。该工具设计了解卡洗砂装置、解封恢复装置、悬挂装置、坐封密闭装置和喷砂装置 ,采用水力密闭坐封、卡瓦锚定、上提管柱泄压解封的结构 ,坐封、悬挂装置与其它装置设计为两个相对独立的运动体系 ,确保了分层工具具有可多次坐封、解封 ,入井不搅动液体以及避免死卡等特点。室内试验和现场试验表明 ,该工具创新性强 ,综合性能安全可靠 ,很好地实现了一次性管柱完成多油层油水井的分层化学防砂施工 ,减少了起下管柱的次数 。
There is a lack of dependable layered sand control tools that are rubber sealed and clamp anchored in chemical sand control of oil and water wells with long intervals and multiple layers. To solve this problem, a hydraulic obturation layered chemical sand control tool is developed. The tool is provided with clipping releasing and sand washing unit, resuming releasing unit, hanging unit, seating obturating unit and gravel jetting unit, and adopts hydraulic obturating seating, clamp anchoring and releasing by moving the string up, and has the characteristics of repeatable seating releasing, not pumping and sucking fluids as the string moved up and down, avoiding clipping completely, and so on. Indoor and on-site tests proved that the tool has good performance, and it can realize layered chemical sand control in multiplayer wells by one trip.
