高压水旋转射流解堵工艺技术在吉林油田的应用 被引量:9

摘要 高压水旋转射流技术是利用井下可控转速的旋转自振空化射流解堵装置产生高压水射流和高频振荡水力波、空化噪声 (超声波 )三种作用进行物理解堵。具有疏通孔隙、解除堵塞 ;产生裂缝、改变地层的渗透性 ;降低原油粘度的作用。该技术可根据堵塞类型和严重程度 ,选择射流压力、旋转速度、处理层段和处理时间 ,具有选择性好、适应性强、易于其他处理方法结合等特点。适用于吉林油田高含水期油田和低渗油田油水井的解堵、增产。 The technique of the HHJ (High pressure, Hydraulic rotating and Jet flow) can make use of down hole jet flow broken down equipments automatic oscillation cavitating and rotation speed control to produce three broken down actions including high pressure jet flow, high frequency surge hydraulic waves and cavitating yaup. The technique can dredge pores to removal broken down,make fractures to improve penetrability and reduce crude oil viscosity. Based on types and degree of formation plugging, for the technique one can choose jet flow pressure, rotating speed, objective layers and treating time. The technique possess characteristics such as good selectivity?strong adjustability and tending to combine with other disposals. Then, the technique can be used to removal formation plugging, increase either productivity of oil wells with high water cut or injection of water wells with low permeability in Jilin oil fields.
