摘要
本文从调查大学生的学习目的为切入点 ,分析探讨了学生学习的四种需要。认知需要是以知识本身为目的的需要 ,其它三种需要——竞争求胜、发展、报答需要都是以知识为手段的需要 ,即把学习作为在竞争中求胜 ,发展自己和报答父母国家的手段。从学生的前途和幸福着想 ,应当鼓励和保护认知需要 ,认可和勉励发展需要 ,反省报答需要的产生原因 ,争取消除产生竞争求胜需要的根源。
On the basis of a survey conducted among college students,this paper illustrates the four types of learning motivations,such sa the need for knowledge,the need for competition,the need for development and the need for repayment,and it concludes that the success of competition is to learn knowledge,to development oneself and to repay both the country and the parents.The author points out that the cognition need should be encouraged from the view of the students future,the need for development also be approved.At the end of the essay,the author gives suggestion that a hiden danger should be removed from the source of the competition need.ong college stud
