Understanding of the Work as a Freshman Counselor

通过分析新生心理特点 ,提出新生辅导员必须在学生的学习、思想、生活各方面有针对性的工作 ,从重视新生接待、选拔好班干部、建立良好班风、关爱学生等方面 ,说明了新生辅导对于学生的健康成长责任重大 ,辅导员要有更强的责任心和使命感 ,以健康的人格特征影响学生 。

The article suggests that freshmen counselor should carry out the work in accordance with their every aspects of life,such as study,thought and life, after analyzing the psychological characteristics of freshmen.Freshman counselor is of vital importance in respect of receiving freshmen,selecting capable cadres and fostering desirable class atmosphere.Counselors should have strong sense of responsibility and sense of mission,and influence the students with sound personality,play the role of director of life indeed.
