Non-linearity of sensors usually results from improper treatment of sensitive chips in the process of production.In order to increase their precision,it is very necessary to make linear corrections of them in many measuring situations.In this paper,the correcting methods for hardware and software are suggested respectively and their strong and weak points are summarized.Which methods should be used depends on the specific requirements for field application.
