摘要
为评价利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性,用利培酮治疗精神分裂症36例,疗程6周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评价临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定药物副反应。结果,治疗结束后PANSS总分减分率为51.2％,显效率为72.2％,未见严重不良反应。提示,利培酮是一种疗效好,起效快,副反应少,服用方便、安全的治疗精神分裂症的药物。
To rate the curative effect and safety of respidone in the treatment of schizophrenia, 36 schizophrenics were treated with respidone for 6 weeks, and clinical curative effect and side reactions evaluated with the PANSS and TESS, respectively. Results: the decrease rate of PANSS total score was 51. 2% and effectual rate 72. 2% after treatment, there was no severe adverse reaction. Suggestion:Respidone is a drug treating schizophrenia which has such characteristics as better curative effect, fast making effect, less side reactions, convenient use and safety.
