自制1.8%NaF应用于正畸临床的情况分析

目的 评价自制 1 8%NaF防龋涂料对正畸减径牙齿龋应用的可行性。方法 :对 40例Ⅰ°牙列拥挤患者扩弓减径 ,其中 2 0例用 1 8%NaF液体隔湿涂布 ,另 2 0例不涂 ,正畸治疗后一年复诊观察。结果 实验组仅见一例龋齿 ,对照组七例患者有前牙邻面龋。结论 有 1 8%NaF防龋涂料应用于正畸减径牙齿 ,有效防止龋齿发生 。
